  What a whirlwind affair! Graham was the perfect person for us to sell our first home. From the initial meeting to the “Let’s do it” moment, not only did he keep up, but he also surpassed our expectations. The whole process which took 2 weeks to an unconditional offer was so easy, or should we say Graham’s process was easy, it felt so natural. This community man’s values shone through, trustworthy, respectful, personable with honest clear communication, oh and with a few dad jokes thrown in. What more do you want from a professional trusted with our biggest asset! We would absolutely recommend Graham and his team to anyone. Thanks again Graham, we look forward to the next adventure.

  The overall experience of selling our property from start to finish was excellent. Communicated well and kept us up to date with the progress going forward and what to expect.   Graham’s approach to selling our home transformed a possibly stressful process into an entertaining and fun one. He offers exceptional service as an agent and with Stacey sending through regular updates and reports, you really do get the complete package. I felt confident in his ability to read the market and found him to be honest, sincere and very approachable. I was always well informed about ‘how we were traveling’ and his next steps in following up after open homes. Graham's interactions with us as vendors, as well as those with perspective purchasers, where professional, unrushed, personable and at times jovial. Graham was a delight to work with and I would very happily recommend him to family and friends.

  Very easy to talk to, knew his stuff, wasn't pushy.
  Graham was very nice to deal with, took his time talking with us and was able to walk us through what was happening and what we needed to do to keep everything moving. He did his job with professionalism and was able to have a laugh at the same time. Good chap
