  Thermally heated Plunge pool was great. Comfortable beds were just what we needed to get a good night's rest after a long fun-filled day.

  Friendly staff. Rooms were tidy but could do with a good spring clean eg place was vacuumed but pulled out sofa and there were crumbs and beer bottle lids underneath.
  Wifi connection not good. Had to wait 10 minutes for a movie to load.
  Stairs going to upstairs room is very unsafe. No railings or balustrade.
  Other than that, good value for money!

  I was trying to call and make a booking at this motel, I am not sure thats the owner or the worker. What pissed me off is that he hang up on my call when im trying to explain that I want to make reservations ! I called the second time thought of he might accidentally hang up but he say out loud " No we are not interested with you finding a job ! " Im trying to explain that I am not here to get a job. Im trying to make a reservation for 6 ROOM ! but then he arrogantly say "GO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE, WE DONT NEED YOU !! That escalated quickly I suppose. I dont even had the chance to say anything. This is very rude people handle this motel. Dont come here. Such a waste of time for trying to be POLITE and TALK NICELY. He may have nice rooms and what not but attitude? not worth it.

  Booked with travago on thursday night for saturday and phoned aswell to confirm the booking but was told by a lady they had plenty of rooms and emails take a while to confirm.
  Arrived on Saturday and they could not find the reservation. I said no worries. ..do you have a room still. The old aisian guy said yes but you should try next door. We asked but you have a vacancy for us? He said I only got 2 rooms can you try next door. So basically he wanted to maximise his profit instead of letting us a room. Bad service here!

  Stayed here for 2 nights although the facilities were ok there 6 person family room #8 was relatively small was not very baby safe with stairs going up to the extra room so if you're interested in having a family here be prepared..
  
  The WiFi is absolutely useless could connect but not use.. spoke to him about it and was told is was my device ?? Umm NO ! There were 6 smartphones having the same issue so NOT my device..???
  
  Not enough condiments (Milk, coffee, Hot Chocolate etc) considering it's a "Family" room ment for 6 people you should have more than 2 serves of hot chocolate, Coffee..etc ???
  
  Have Sky T.V but only 4 Channels ???
  
  Towels. there we're NOT enough !
  
  Dispite the issues it was a really good price and we had a great time in Rotorua 👍👍

  There was no table or chairs to carter 5 people. The bed and dining and kitchen had no space. Towels only 4 for 5 people.

  Awesome stay at midway motel, very friendly owner's. Our experience has been enjoy able. If we return we will definitely consider this motel. The price I felt was reasonable as others were to expensive, they had the necessities and the bonus for us was the plunge pool. A+ I say.
