  These are spectacular and well worth the drive and short walk.
  The walk to the falls is quite a feast in itself on a wet and cold day through the lush forest.

  The walk isn't too long but the falls themselves are fantastic. It wasn't too busy and everything is accessible and clean.

  These would be the most spectacular falls in the Catlins, quite a long walk in but on a nice day well worth it. Try to go after recent rain.

  DOC has done very well. The path is great and the steps. Well maintained. Best falls I have seen in a while.
