The slowest McDonald's I've ever experienced. After experiencing a 15-20 minute wait time; twice. Once at 8pm on a Tuesday night, the other at 10pm on a Wednesday night. They weren't even short staffed. I know this because I went in sore.

After a few minutes waiting to be served - no one else was waiting approx 8.30am our order was taken. The hot chocolate was upsold to a McCafe version without being asked for, orange juice upsized again without being asked for, and an incorrect muffin supplied. This was exchanged for the ordered item when returned to counter but no apology offered. The male staff member who served us appeared to be a senior member of the team. It may well have been a long and unpleasant nightshift (one of the glass front doors was missing) but all in all, it was a bit shoddy.

The only downside is self service ATM's meal ordering, you still have to go up to

Pretty sad when the tomato sauce was the highlight. Bagel was stale and hash brown was under cooked plus team not customer focus :-(

It's got better since they have introduced the "Place your own order on the touch-screen". Before that it was simply laughable - the only McDonald's in the World where you would have to wait for your food!

Friendly staff. Had a very dirty floor where we sat. Also a staff member had to wipe table before we could put our food on it. Very good otherwise.
