Beautiful setting amazing friendly atmosphere close to restaurant
Beautiful place to visit peaceful
Lovely great staff
It's the far south end land in South New Zealand with great view
Great photo spot! Awesome food nearby
The people; appear rough and tough (I guess like many a fishing and port town) but are friendly and very giving Just go to the annual Bluff oyster festival to find that out. Or eat at their restaurants; they may appear to lack airs and graces but they are genuine and the seafood is usually very good. The view from Bluff Hill on a fine day is 360 degrees and amazing or try it on a rough windy day to experience the power of nature. Bluff is one of my favourite places.
Southern point of our south island. Worth the trip, just to say I have been there.
Otherwise, it was 3 hours (return) of relatively boring drive through this part of southland.
Probably not going to visit again, but the same could be said of Auckland. In fact, probly prefer to revisit Bluff.
Nice views, perfect for a photo specially on a sunny day. We were lucky to have a ship going past on the background of our photo. Nice restaurant here too.
