  The chicken tenders are not. They are reconstituted chicken that has been crumbed. Everything else was OK. Good coffee. The Moroccan beef actually tasted morrocan which was a pleasant surprise.

  If u want Chinese frozen shark then this is the place to eat fish n chips. Bad service when they gave us the wrong meal they were rude.

  Such a friendly welcoming host. Food was top notch. The decor is really great and rustic. Would love to come back on a sunny afternoon to catch the party vibe as we attended during a horrific storm but was still a great evening

  Came for a coffee with friends. Was warmly greeted, quickly served and the coffee was pretty good. It was a beautiful winters day, so we say outside, which was nice. The outside space was a little small and the tables were not awesome for groups, though they were happy for us to move things around.

  Food is great especially the steak sandwich. Love the atmosphere and the fact that you can look at sea. Always visit Manou's when we come to New Plymouth

  My girls love this restaurant. It has so much character and aside from the yummy food the atmosphere is so fun. The owner is super friendly and makes you feel like you are entering his home.

  Fantastic. Great view from the cafe over the sea, goooooood food. It was afordable and the drinks were cold, on a hot day.
  The service was great. Friendly staff, lovely music. Definitely a food destination.
  Will be going back there again and again.

  Enjoyed a very pleasant lunch at Manou's with friends from overseas las t year. We were all very happy with the low key, but efficient service; and friendly manners of the staff. The food was first rate and dining at the water's edge is always pleasant.
  A dinner there on another occasion was a similarly enjoyable experience and looking across the harbour with the twinkling lights adds to the experience

  Went there as our main choice had an hours wait. There was no wait at Manou's as it wasn't busy. The waiter was attentive. The menu didn't have much choice so we went for the beer battered fish. The food came out quickly and was well presented. It was a large serving with a nice side salad. The only shame was the bench seats were wobbly, and the unavoidable summertime beachfront annoyance of flies. Otherwise a nice place.
