  Reason for the 1 Star rating is as follows:
  - Reached out to these guys via email enquiring when the next available service is.
  - Appreciate their prompt response to the query, which was good.
  - Email reply sent confirming the 30th, today, for booking the service.
  
  Drove all the way from Epsom only to be told no records of booking just now.
  
  Showed the manager the email chain and their response - Explanation given was "We take a lot of phone calls in between and I gave the request to someone else".
  
  Asked what is it they can offer to rectify?Answer given was to leave it for the whole day with them and they'll see if they can fit it in.
  
  Enquired how am I meant to leave the car for the entire day, go back home to do my other plans I had for today then come back all the way from Epsom - EXACT RESPONSE FROM BRENDAN:
  "It's not my problem you live in Epsom"
  
  Shocking.
  
  Response and attitude was really condescending.
  
  Overall, it felt they did not want to take onus of the mistake they made and the inconvenience this has caused - even when showing the email in black and white.
  
  Previous Mag and Turbo customer, was NOT prepared for this and never expected anything like this from the guys - Too disappointed to ever bring any business back to Mag and Turbo ever again.

  HUGE thanks to Darren and the team for always looking after us and our cars; suspension, wheels, tyres and servicing these guys always do a fantastic job. Nothing is ever to hard and the results show quality workmanship and attention to detail. Never had any problems and will continue to take all my cars here, Highly recommended.

  The guys at Mag and Turbo Manukau are always happy to help. I've had two sets of mags and tyres and numerous services in the last few years. I would definitely recommend them. :-)

  Excellent, excellent service and quality of tyres! Would really recommend to anyone who wants quality service from very friendly staff! Thanks guys, my truck looks amazing with my new tyres!!!!
