  Place is nice, but the service at the reception is slow and not helpful. It gives you the vibes that you should alrdy know before you come to us.
  They’ll just point everything to brochures or the printed papers they have provided you with. I don’t understand why their accommodation and reception is at two different location. If you’re taking public transport, you’ll need to board bus 11 which will cost u $5.50 to reach your accommodation.

  staff is so slow in replying emails inquiry on booking. they reply one email a day.
