We have taken our four cats here for the last two years and cannot recommend Anneke and Alex highly enough. They both genuinely care about the treatment and wellbeing of the animals, and go out of their way to ensure that both pet and owner are taken care of. This has even extended to house calls, and Boxing Day appointments! I don't think they're any more expensive than the previous vets we used - but given the difference in quality of the care we get here, I wouldn't be bothered in the slightest if they were more! All in all, an excellent service that we'd thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a new vet.

Absolute rip off! The vet keeps adding on new issues to the pets and never mentions the cost. You get this big fat bill at the end of the day! I spoke to another vet with the problem for my dog and they were shocked at the unethical practice of Anneke and Alex.
A tube of optimune which costs 82.00 with other vets is 98.90 with these guys!
Don't go there, waste of money and time!
Some people have given good reviews because they don't realize the sweet smile and sweet talk equates to emptying your pocket without your knowledge!response / report this review -

Wonderful phone service: so friendly and so informative. I really appreciate the time they took to talk me through moving with our cat into temporary accomodation (while our EQR repairs are carried out) and the options we have (including Feliway) for keeping our girl calm, safe and happy. At last.. a Vet that actually cares about the animals rather than making a huge profit. From the friendly reception to the services provided this is a "feel good" Vet practice that I would happily recommend to all.
