Nice Park with clean rest rooms. There was hardly any equipment in the camp kitchen.

The room I stayed in was literally a box with a bed in it. They were packed closely together so you could hear everyone in the adjacent cabins talking for hours. The slide doors were also noisy and woke me up repeatedly. Check in was smooth and the people working there were nice. Shared kitchen was good, shared bathrooms were not- toilets and showers were placed closely together which was not pleasant. Good camping spot for families with a few things to do for the kids (playground etc)

Fabulous place to wake up next to Lake Ruataniwha. Tony & Kura are amazing people. They also have a wee shop and the best play ground in town.

Nice place - staff were very helpful and friendly and it was a nice location. Very close to the salmon shop on the main highway which we took advantage of. Hopefully will be back some time in the future.

Not a very nice experience. Lot is totally disheveled and dirty. A bit of a mess in turns of number of things at this place. Not sure if this is a full-time community or short-term holiday park. Wouldn't recommend.

Good size camp, lots of room to choose from, power sites, non power sites. Toilets, washrooms, dryers, kitchen, & good dump station. Fresh water taps all over the place.

We stayed in the motels and where really impressed with the accommodation! We needed to have disabled facilities and these where of a very high standard, the best we have used. The staff where extremely friendly and helpful. The cleaning of the motels was of a very high standard. The views were amazing looking towards the lake. We would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely wonderful. The standard cabins were clean, quiet, well spaced, and equipped with a heater. The shower was better than ours at home, with high pressure and very clean! We will be back. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with suggesting FREE local things to do.
