Never got there due to drastic, and terminal, health concerns. No refund policy obviously has a no compassion and empathy clause, even though I booked four and a half months ahead. Really enjoyed paying for somewhere I won't live to visit. Many thanks for the disillusionment, and your respect for ex-servicemen is duly noted. Have a nice life, respectfully, Max in Australia.

Very clean and nice. Continental breakfast is a separate charge, and spa is not too hot but family room for 6 is roomy and nice.

I was expecting a 4 star and got a very dirty old room! Seriously needs updating and cleaning. I did complain and the staff member apologized and offered some money off. I wouldnt be going back I like a 4 star to be a 4 star standard

Unfortunately other motels I stayed in NZD were far superior. Worst thing about the place they only supplied 2 teabags. I drink like 3 teas a day! Bed was comfortable tho etc. Shower was just plain weird but semi functional in the end

Hotel staff were nice. The room was was extremely hot when we arrived and the front desk brought us a fan to use, which helped a little. We left for dinner and when we came back, it smelt like something was burning. The toilet area of the bathroom was a bit dirty and there were bugs. Otherwise the room was nice and comfortable.
