  One of the Great short Trips off the Milford Sound tourist route. If short on time just visit the Marian Gorge on the first part of the walkway. if you have more time walk to the top end of the lake if the lake has drained..
  note there is no outlet to Lake Marian water drains through the Terminal Rubble. In Winter Ice can sometimes form curved up at the edges on the shore.

  Quick walk to the Marian cascades, via a rope bridge over crystal a clear river. Cascades are beautiful, walkway gives a great view and sound

  Convenient car park with easy hike to spectacular cascades. But don't stop there, take the longer hike to Lake Marian which is magnificent!
