Below average. Their pies looked good, but then they microwaved them which turned the pastry chewy. To make it worse we ordered a chicken pie but was given a beef pie. The pie and quiche were luke warm, and the milk shake was tepid. It would have been a one star but the staff were friendly and apologetic.
Best cafe food I've tasted. Cafe needs some TLC but is still worth a visit.
Yummy food.. great service
Nice food and lovely french bakery but situated in a carpark so no views.
The cosmopolitan ambiance, and the pastries, the ramekins with small savoury lunches, the staff and the customers lift spirits even on the bleakest days
Love the pastries, and the place is always bustling, so you know it's good. Most of the stuff is quite reasonably priced. However, it's quite crowded in there. Overall, a good place to go, especially if you're looking for somewhere new or special.
The coffee is great and the food is exceptional. And other reviewers are right the staff are super friendly and fun. This place has a great vibe.
Lovely concept but doesn't quite deliver, food was pretty average.
Great coffee and friendly staff! Awesome pastries. They can get very busy but it's worth the wait. I would prefer that they make a bit more ramekins (meat dishes) as those sell quickly.
Been going here for years, always a treat! The pastries are as French as they get, great coffee, often busy with a little wait well worth it though.
Decent coffee and nice selection of pastries in a reasonable French-themed café. Nice staff. Simple décor and ideal for a quick coffee and snack while wandering round Brown's Bay, but not worth going out of your way for.
Amazing potential but incredibly inconsistent. The Atomic coffee is generally very good, small plates are often excellent (albeit a little too salty). Prices are very reasonable. Staff are very transient and the service is not the best. Catch it on the right day and you'll love it, on the wrong day you will leave very disappointed.
