Amazing staff. Incredible service! Definitely my favourite place to stay in New Plymouth.

Great location. Quiet room. Had room next to front desk but didn't hear any noise since the room had a hallway and extra solid door. Room was next to street but did not here any traffic.

The service is personal friendly and very helpful something I think is missing in big glamorous hotels the beds are very comfortable and the overall unit is comfortable restful with a elegance of indulgence

I've been to many five star hotels around the world, King & Queen stood a class above the rest. The service is exceptional, the staff are very friendly and attentive to my needs. I would like to mention James and Daniel in particular has been very helpful in everything - from suggesting interesting places to visit, to suggesting best restaurants and eateries, I didn't have to struggle to find anything as I could just call them up and they always have a suggestion for me. I had a long three weeks stay with a short check out in between as I had to go to other cities, they were very nice to book me the same room when I returned with my luggages and things returned to where they were! Now that's a service I didn't​ find anywhere else even in five star hotels. There overall experience is just exceptional. They made me feel at home and relaxed. I am looking​ forward to my next stay at the King & Queen. Hats off to the KQ team and "terima kasih" (thank you) for the stay.

With a very last minute booking at 9pm James couldn't of been more helpful and even put on a load of washing for us. The room was excellent and for the first time all week in 3 different hotels the shower was to die for.

Stayed in the premium suite. Fantastic service from the front desk, amazing comfy king sized bed, great bathroom, good sized room including kitchenette and sitting area. Delivery available from several local restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I have just spent two great nights at King and Queen.
We had a wonderful experience starting with the warm welcome from James and Luke to the well presented room, fashionable decor and very comfortable bed.
My wife loved the fragrance of the candle that met us in the hotel foyer.
James and Luke couldn't do enough to assist us with things to do and what to visit in the city.
We loved the food at adjacent cafes Monica's and Public Catering, so close to the hotel, both get 5 stars from me.
The proximity of the hotel to the art gallery, city, cafes and sea side board walk meant everything was within a stones throw.
Well done King and Queen, we'll be back.response / report this review
