Stink odour in room. Thin walls so can hear people whenever they move about in the next room. In a weird place with no parking and only got 2gb of Wi-Fi when I stayed overnight. Tiny tv in my room and the person in the next room had their tv on till 1030pm which kept me up as I could hear it. Woken up early by other guests leaving as my room was by the door. You are asked to strip your bed and leave the laundry in a basket by the door.

Clean, well-priced. They provide ear plugs. Good water pressure in shower, and we (surprisingly) slept very well in the beds!
Two tips: 1) Consider the YHA discount card when booking - it may save you money as in my picture, and 2) There are only four carparks and the managers' carpark at the bottom of the steep driveway. If you arrive in the evening, and there is already a queue of cars on the street, you probably want to park on the street. Venue is at the very end of Timandra Street opposite the race track.response / report this review -

This hostel instantly felt like home to me. Very nice living room and beautiful garden with a view.

the lady was friendly and happy to take yr cash. BUT the shower door had NO handle so i had to try and turn the steel bar that was sticking out to open it lucky i had some one with me to open the door i would have been stuck in there the water in the shower was like not much was comming out and the guest room was ment to have tv to watch was not even hooked up to watch

Friendly staff, nice place, very warm with electric blankets. We were in a room towards the back, so it was very quiet, although there was a funny skylight thing which had no curtains/blinds, which was a bit bright in the mornings.
