  Lots sa changes..
  Not for the better tho..we were gi en a site to set up on..20mins later the office staff come over and ask us to move as THEY made a mistake..great..caravan set up.awning out..

  Thanks, but Murchison motor park it will be again for us..Less snobs there.And less people.
  And ive been coming to Kaiteri for 55yrs.

  Great campground, right next to one of the nicest beaches in the country. Good store next door and very close to tourist activities and restaurants.

  The location is the only great thing about this campsite. The sites are small and you pay a premium which is understandable because of the popularity of this area. But when you are paying this kind of money to stay, it really bugs me that you have to pay for a shower and even the privilige of using your bbq. Come onis this in the kiwi spirit of things?? Certainly doesn't make me feel welcome.

  If you are around nelson and want to hit the tracks for a day. This is the place.. From grade 1 to grade 5 level of skills.. It got something for you. Visit local bike shops for more info.

  My favourite beach spot in the South Island. The camp ground is well run with great facilities. Smaller sites and gets very crowded over summer, but the things to do and see around Kaiteriteri are numerous. The beach is stunning, there's mountain bike parks, tracks, walks, cruises, kayaking, diving, fishing, seal colonies, national park, restaurants, and so much more.

  An absolutely stunning location to stay at any time of the year but especially summer. This campsite is well organised, quiet (even when jam packed) and offers a good sized campsite for a reasonable price. The ablutions are kept spotless and with a number of blocks located around the park, you don't have to wander too far to find them.
  
  A great place to base yourself for all the amazingness on offer at Abel Tasman National Park. Spectacular beach swimming, regardless of the tide.
