This is a very 'weird wood' camp with hostile owners who heard you like sheep into your tent or cabin.Saying "get to bed now!,hurry upnow..don't stand thereget moving!!!
And kept rounding us up and speaking to adults like 5 year olds.very rude staff and
attitudes.cutting into our
conversations saying"get out its time to leave", to international guests.
The next day thre english owners went around individually naming and shaming the guests that where rudely ushered to bed 11pm last night to the other guests staying in the units the next morning.
The owners are rude English odd
balls portraying themselves
as kiwisthey are not.
The traffic doesn't stop all night and day.I got threatened to stop talking at 11pm at night in a kitchen or I'll get told to leave.
Highly not recommended.
WiFi was hard to connect.
They treat you like 5 year olds!! Rudest place in N.Z
No respect from owners or staff/ cleaners except one man glear at you as if you don't belong there.

Place is alright. Owners seem like nice people at first, but will do anything to get any two dollars from you. The drying machine was broken and when I asked to get my coins back the lady told me it wasn't her fault, that she didn't know it was broken and that she wouldn't give me my four dollars back. Just like that. It's not about the money, but the lack of respect with their customers.
Heard bad stories that were shared from other people that were at the camping during the same days.
Bunk beds lodge can get pretty warm. You have to pay 50 cents for a hot shower, which is ok.
Kitchen is well equipped.

Calm and clean. The campground has everything you need and more, including a veg and herbs garden for all to enjoy. Kitchen is very well furnished, there are plenty of tables for a lovely outside dinner. Showers are 50cts for 6min which felt like a million years under the best shower in a while.
The internet is a bit slower but it's a free 1go so no complaint.response / report this review -
