  Went bowling, nice lanes, they put rails on for kids, good times.

  This place does get crowded! Fun place to meet up with others whilst the kids play. There's an area for preschoolers, another suitable for school age (but watch for the big kids who can sometimes be pushy/rude/not wait their turn) and yet another space if the kids want to jump on trampolines

  there was a staff member there who was really rude, yelling at us, threatening to kick us out and screaming. we also saw him push a young child the child was about three years old the trampolines were fun but our experience was ruin by a staff member

  Junglerama LOWER HUTT = Great facility!! Although once that place is occupied the heat inside is like a hot yoga facility (everybody is sweating, whether you're running around on the playground OR just spectating). I guess that helps out the cafe on site, you are not allowed to bring any drinks inside so all that leaves the cafe with pretty busy with kids and adults requiring hourly hydration at a high price. Service; pretty average, not terrible but not professional or organised and none of the workers looked or acted happy which is not the best considering it's a family facility? Staff definitely need an upgrade if Junglerama want people coming back.

  I have very mixed feelings about Junglerama. I had my son's 6th birthday party at the Newtown branch, the set up was okay, the food was brought out in good time and the kids loved playing.
  
  However, I wasn't allowed to bring the party bags in as they had candy in them and the woman said no outside food was allowed, despite my protests that the kids didn't get them until they were leaving anyway. In the end, every time one of my son's friends left, I had to find him, take him up to the front desk with the leaving family, ask for the bags, fish around for the right one then hand it to my son to give to his friend.
  
  I also had problems when it came time to pay as the person on the front desk didn't have a record of my deposit and tried to charge me the full amount. It took a bit of debating and a lengthy wait for her to go check it with someone to get it sorted.
  
  My son then attended a birthday party at the new Junglerama in Lower Hutt over the weekend. When I went to pick him up, the woman tried to charge me to get in. I explained that I was simply there to pick my son up and would be 2 minutes max but met a brick wall. When I moved aside to speak to the birthday boys Mum about bringing my son out, the woman on the front desk said a rude comment under her breath before serving the next person in line.
  
  The playground it's self is nice, colourful and the kids love it. However, I think next time I'll go to Chipmunks.
