Good food and helpful staff, the food is more adapted to the European taste, not reall authentic Indian cuisine. Still tasty food and the environment is good, variety of indian beers is available. Friendly and helpful staff and good place to have a gathering.

As one of the other reviews said do yourself a favour and eat at Indian Affair. We love Indian food and it didn't disappoint, really authentic, very fresh ingredients, and extremely delicious. Lovely, happy staff and owner which creates a really nice environment. Keep up the good work

A bit pricey but very tasty. We had ours delivered. Took 40 mins but everything was hot and very yummy. I had the chicken vindaloo. Wasn't as hot as what I was expecting so definitely don't be afraid to go up a heat level if you're used to and wanting hot and spicy

Ordered online with payment on pick-up. Food fine, checking through my emails a few days later and found they overcharged me by $2 on a couple of dishes. After asking around this is not the first time this has happened with this establishment. I will not be eating from here again, there are other places in town. This is disappointing to find out.

Have been to this restaurant on 3 occassions. It's rubbish. Went twice with family over the space of 3months, we were overcharged twice (amended both times after checking) and the service was poor. The 3rd time was with my partner and we were overcharged $30 after a sub standard meal. We complained but nothing happened of it. I now go to a different, and much better, Indian restaurant in Taupo.

Incredibly rude, huge rip-off. Mediocre food, and the only bad service I've encountered in a week in New Zealand. We ordered the fancy "eat all you want" of a variety of dishes. We got tiny portion of each (that's good - stays warm), but they refused to bring more, and ignored us when we asked for the bill.
