Hotel is OK and customer service is good. Just dont expect a car park if you arrive in your own vehicle. not sure how many parks are actually available, but we missed out on both our visits, despite requesting a park the day before.

Great staff doing the best with what they have but pretty average facility. Hard beds and very small rooms, tiny shower. If there is a spare park bench, take it. This place is cheap without the price tag. Staff deserve medals

Beds really comfortable. Location is fantastic for City and Waterfront access. Restaurant quite reasonably priced however the "hot" breakfast was warm at best depending on how long the food had been sitting in the warmers for. Internet connection was hit and miss throughout hotel with frustrating speeds or dropouts - they need to get this fixed.

Good & convenient location. Closer to everything. Clean and tidy room and has all basic requirements for budget type. Restaurant is good too. Got friendly staff. Breakfast is good enough for continental.

Nice and central to waterfront and handy to westpac stadium. Convenient to take bus from airport and short walk from cable car bus stop. Convenient breakfast and bar area with good size screen to watch any big sporting event. Happily stay here again.

Excellent location, close to city center and Cable Car. Well connected by public transport, good coffee and restaurant service. Nice staff and well maintained hotel. Also Value for money. Luxurious for the price I paid.

We had an online deal that included breakfast. The buffet breakfast and restaurant below were top notch. We had brilliant meals each night and at a reasonable price. The facilities were clean comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitly return! Thank you.

For the price this weekend it's quite good, although sometimes the novotel (pretty close) or mercure can be had for not too much more. Location is great, only 3 minutes or so to the cable car station and a lovely stroll on the water to Te Papa or the museum of Wellington. Kids currently done free at breakfast with a paying adult, the selection isn't too bad but not as nice as some other Ibis properties. Our room was clean and whilst a little on the small side, definitely usable. As a bonus the bathroom pod style thing present at some properties isn't here. Would stay again if I couldn't get another according property close to the same price.
