Love this vet
My cat has been banned from a couple of vets in her life time. The previous vets located in Riccarton had poorly handled her and didnt believe me when i said she doesnt like being handled. Then got attacked by my girl and they blamed her and banned us.
At hornby they handle her so well that shes not stressed out or angry. Susan the lady I ask for every time is amazing. She cares about my cat and for months now has helped us as we take this Journey through cancer. I recommend this vet to everyone I know. I dont think that they are over priced. They are pretty fair prices. Everyone needs to remember Vets do not get any finacial help from the government. I will always come back to this vet they have a loyal client in me.response / report this review -

We find Andrew and the team at Hornby experienced, friendly and respectful to our pets and their needs. Hornby is quite far from our home but the trip is worth it knowing our pets are well examined and cared for.

Absolutely love these guys. I have been taking my wee Chihuahua to them from a puppy. And she has needed surgery on her back legs to correct her knee caps. They are just so caring and amazing at keeping me informed all the way through the process and what treatment my pup has needed. Definately recommend these guys to anyone looking for a vet.
