One of the beautiful track in NZ. Especially the lake with snow on the summit of mountain. But It needs at least 2 - 2.5 hours walking. To be prepare if you really want to complete this track.

An amazing walk, just 10km distance with easy level.
Much more stunning and more enjoyable than Fox glacier.
Easy to park, toilets available on parking but also during the walk.

One of the top ten treks in the world.do not miss it. 3 swaying suspended bridges to cross. You end up at Hooker lake which has floating ice bergs in it. Look at the end of the lake, that dirt is on top of a retreating Glacier.very cool.

A must see, this place hosts extraordinary views of the mountains and is the home of a wide variety of flowers. The scenic route is an easy, long walk. In general there is little shade so slap on some sunblock. If walking isn't your style then taking a bicycle is always a great option.
This is a must do and is great for photo opportunities!

Would be 5 stars if not so crowded. Full of people taking selfies. Takes away a lot from the overall experience.
