Great view, good restaurant and close to town. Additionally it comes with a fully loaded kitchen and washer and dryer.

A bit more rustic than expected. Shower was tiny. Location and view was nice. I'd stay at the Scenic property next time as it appears to be more updated

Perfect location as so close to Queenstown. Room very comfortable a little tired inside ie carpets, kitchenette, bathroom but comfortable all the same.

I like here because it's 2 min walk from city central and relatively clean. Great accomodation for the price.

Would recommend Heartland as a great place to stay. Great location, could easily walk to and from town; with amazing views over Lake Wakatipu. Double glazing means it's not too loud and pretty warm even without using the heating. I found this to be really affordable for its close proximity and it had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

I loved the triangle shape of the rooms, though my friend commented that this might actually make them a bit colder. There is of course heating available. The rooms are very pleasant with modern decor that is not rough on the eye. There are some seats available and there were two beds in our room (assuming it was a family room). The hotel is a short walk from Queenstown central, maybe 5 minutes. It's worth noting that all the rooms are on a steep hill, and the walk to the hotel is also on a hill. Queenstown is quite hilly when you're not in the centre anyway!

A very nice place to stay in Queenstown. Comfortable and clean. Walking distance to the city center is about 10 minutes.

We enjoyed our time here. The place is a little dated, with turn keys instead of key cards (some washrooms could use actual counter space), but the views we had were great!! Especially on a clear night at sunset.. Just make sure you ask for a top level room if you want the view.
