Very nice and comfortable place. This place surround by trees which provides a nice relaxing surrounding. Would definitely recommend..

Beautiful spot amidst lovely gardens with views of the ranges. Just a few minutes drive from Arrowtown, close to vineyards and golf course. Self-catering facilities are fairly basic but the accomodation is very comfortable, with Sky TV and washing facilities. Very friendly host and sheep.

My girlfriend and I worked two days for Willowbrook and never got paid. It was a shame because we had a very nice experience working there and having conversation with the owners.
We were promise the minimum wage and we trusted that they would present the papers we signed to the Inland Revenue Department, but apparently this never happened and we received no payment. Only two weeks after the due date for the payment, and in response to our inquiries about our wage, we received a series of explanation with a completely lack of sense: "the amount was to low so we decided to pay it a month after", "our accountant is on holidays".
No apologize for this, no previous consensus with us to delay the payment. This is not a proper or a legal way to handle an employer/employee relationship. We have no interest in making an scandal out of the situation, but I find no other way to claim what Is mine, since the owner is not answering my messages any more.
Of course, I have prove that everything I state here is true, so if anyone is interested in validating this you can contact me and I will send you the texts and emails I have exchanged with Willowbrook owners.
