Miles and I have owned a rental property in Christchurch for over 20 years, and we’ve been lucky enough to have had Murray Orr looking after our interests and those of our tenants for almost all ( if not all ) of that entire time. Having had Murray in charge of all aspects of managing the property and with the same tenant for at least 14 years, we’ve had the ideal stress free landlord experience. We don't usually leave Google reviews, but if anyone out there is thinking about engaging a property manager and wants continuity, consistency, good communication, ease of contact and professionalism, then we can definitely recommend Murray and the team at Grenadier Accommodation Centre.

Molly has managed our rental properties for a few years now and is absolutely brilliant. Very professional, very responsive, keeps us informed and up to date with any maintenance issues that may arise in the future so we have a heads up around potential future cost. As well as keeping us on track with any legal changes that we need to be aware of as landlords around Healthy Homes standards, she also maintains very good communication with our tenants. The key for us is to have good communication and trust, and that is what we have. Highly recommend Molly as a property manager - she just makes things easier!

I have had Nigel and Pat and their team manage my properties for over 25 years and during that time, I have always been impressed with their professionalism in dealing with me. They are proactive and keep me informed about future legislation as well as looking at the upkeep of my properties. I would unreservedly recommend them and their team to anyone wanting to have a competent team manage their property. One of the best you will come across - they really know their stuff and are genuinely invested in Property Management. You cannot go wrong choosing this team to manage your investment property.
These reviews always need to be taken with a grain of salt, as it is very easy to jump on here and rant about being treated unfairly or being bullied just because you were unable to get away with doing the wrong thing. Having been fortunate enough to see how this business operates from all angles I wouldn't think twice about putting my trust in them.

The worst property management I have ever come across. Very rude people to deal with the so called property manager has nothing to do with the house as there are a bunch of other people you have to deal with and none of whom talk to each other. We had Constant problems until they pushed us out by saying they were selling the house only to see its listed for rent again for more money.
Will make sure to steer clear from this company in the future

Word of warming to potential renters. Absolutely Vile people to deal with , I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy Never rent with this particular harcourts .. Please spare yourself the stress. Stephanie switalla and her boss Nigel Bowden are nothing but bullies. Incompetent ,no communication & the rudest people you will ever meet. Thank God we no longer have anything to do with them.
