This place is pretty terrible. Booked early arrival because I arrived off a 12hr flight in the morning. I have been traveling for 18hrs. Was told room would be ready by 10. So I wait. At 10 the room isn’t ready and won’t be until regular check in time at 2. Just how I wanted to spend my first day in Auckland. Literally nothing to do but sit in the small dirty broken awful office/lobby. There is nothing in the area. Was told I could take a shower or watch tv in a tiny weird room behind the office. No thanks. Also, expensive. I have no good things to say about this place. Do not book, it’s the worst.

Receptionist Shirley is so nice and helpful. The room is clean and shine. Unlimited free wifi is perfect for tourists like us. We will definitely come back.

This motel lodge has wonderful service and lovely rooms. I really enjoyed my stay here for two weeks coming. Anthony and Shelli has helped me with my accommodation and they are amazing and easy to talk too.

Better than I ever expected. It was clean and had enough beds for 5. Since it was a queen and 2 singles listed on the website, we were expecting a roll away bed. It turned out to be 3 singles and one king. We thought that was pretty sweet.

The stay I had with the grange and the help from Shirley and the very efficient manager and staff was extremely pleasurable and we'll worth the tariff I'll be staying there again and recommend that others stay there

We thaught we were booking a room here, but the person on the desk took us to a different motel! Charged us twice the price for a cockroach and ant infested room that filthy. Sinks were blocked, half the taps didn't work, and the toilet won't even flush!!
Absolutely foul and discusting!
They must book other places for the week, and sell them out at a higher rate for the night. We definitely did not get what we were hoping for. It was only after he had taken our money that we were told the room was somewhere else.

Next to main road so at night could hear traffic, during morning to night could hear loud car audio systems and road works. If you don't wake easily it's fine. Rooms decent size. Not overly modern. Bathroom okay. Feels a bit expensive. But very clean and tidy and friendly.

Had a fantastic time. The night manager Anthony went beyond the call of duty. Even stopped for us to get a feed in the middle of the night as we just finished trucking a long way. Thanks mate. Was well worth it. Room was very cosy and warm. Just felt like home away from home.

Spacious area and very clean, with private outdoor seating area. Super easy check-in with free parking and super comfy bed.
