  We stay at this motel whenever we need a place near Christchurch. The manager is great and they are happy for us to bring our old dog.
  Great night rates.

  This is my new favorite restaurant. We started with the garlic bread, which was so soft and doughy. The apricot chicken snitzel was lovely and my friend ordered the steak which was perfect. We topped it off with sticky date pudding.. yum! Very reasonable cost wise. Can't wait to go again.

  The website describes itself as budget accommodation but I have stayed in a lot more expensive motels which are not a patch on this place, friendly host and staff at the tavern .. and the best bit the meals are awesome!
