Good location - very practical & accessible. Fully equip - kitchenette laundry TV. Quiet and clean room.

Receptionist was lovely. But the room was not very clean. We moved the couch to see the tv and it had rubbish and nail clippings under it. The dining chairs had hair and dust on them. Needs a good vacummn. We were then kept awake by the lift which was on our bedroom wall. Bathrooms amd kitchen clean.

First time staying in an apartment hotel. Excellent service. Room is great and facilities for a longer stay look very Good, including a microwave, two element hotplate, dual washer, drier, clothes horse and ironing board and iron.

Clean, decent size rooms and kitchenette, helpful and accommodating staff with excellent pricing. (Don't come here looking for views of the city or water though.). Seems to be pretty close to center of CBD and very near cable Car. (I've stayed in multiple rooms, pics are of 2xdouble bed room with lounge area.)

Unexpectedly great. Easy parking, easy after hours check-in, the rooms are very well setup with quality furnishings. And the price was great. We did expect a lot less for what we paid.

Handy to town although you need to go through a carpark or up Plimmer steps and round the corner to find it. The decor is a bit dated with the bathroom being mostly 80's plastic. Service was good but reception is only open certain times of the day. The rest of the time you are diverted to an after hours phone service to talk to.

The location was good for us. Check-in was smooth with lots of information regarding the local area.

A neat shortcut to Lambton Quay was highlighted, and we found it very useful.

We booked the car park in advance. It's outdoors next to the apartment and there's limited spaces available. It's nice to have a washing machine/dryer in the room.

Our room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. We were close enough for an easy walk to Cuba St but far from noisy crowds. The staff was very helpful and I really appreciated that they did our dishes for us when we were out for the day.

Rooms have plenty of space. Kitchen is stocked with the bare essentials but it is all functional. Staff were friendly. Washer/Dryer struggles to dry even small loads of laundry. The city is accessible on foot.
