  This is a good hotel, comfortable, good location etc..but have to agree - most of the staff make you feel bad for approaching them..so much passive aggressiveness going on there..particularly lady at front desk (I don't want to ask her for anything) ..It's a shame, the housekeeping seem to be the only friendly ones in the place.

  Good hotel & function rooms. We received excellent meals during our function. Rooms have thermostat heating. Only down is that you can hear water in the pipes if a nearby room has a shower. Handy to airport & around 10-15 minute drive to town.

  Very rude staff. The only friendly staff were housekeeping. We picked up on the tension between management and staff and quite frankly they were powertrippers. The buffet breakfast was hideous, and the lack of options for dairy intolerant and gluten free diets was poor. Could be a fabulous hotel if they spent a little money on an update.

  Rooms are very comfortable, staff are super friendly. Food at the restaurant was fantastic. Only 2 places on the property for smokers out in the wind and rain. Not great for smokers.

  Close to airport. Accessing the airport pick up was terrible though. Three different sets of instructions from staff left me in freezing cold wind and rain for almost an hour. Room was grubby. Just not that well cared for. Nice restaurant with good food. But they forgot half my order so salad came well after the rest of the meal. Be sure to request dressing on the side. I forgot and it was dressed with a heavy hand.

  Attended a workshop here. Morning tea and lunch were great quality and the rooms and the workshop facilities were all top notch.
  The stuff were very friendly and helpful too.

  Have stayed here many times in the past - but sadly this place is going down hill. The counter staff who served me on check in didn't even bother to greet me- she almost looked annoyed that I had bothered her. The rooms really need some maintenance- bed was real average & stains on the bed spread. Bathroom is rough with paint coming off the walls, shower and vanity taps were stiff and hard to turn - how about a bit of maintenance on them. The good -free parking and is relatively cheap.

  Double Superior Room was mediocre. Comfy bed provides good night's rest. Staff on front desk were rude upon arriving. Did not greet us or even say hello it was late and I would have appreciated a kind and inviting welcome. Room is nice and clean.
