Simple supermarket with everything you need. We just stopped in before our trip to Lake Tekapo and the prices weren't too bad but they stocked all the Australian favourites (Milo, Tim Tams).

Good place and cheap. You can buy good food to eat (lunch) for just 7 dollars, and after the 8pm if they couldn't sell the food, the price is 3 NZD

I get a sandwich from there and they are always nice n fresh, other things are a bit more expensive being a 4 square but nice n handy to town.

Good shop with some good special items Roast lamb shanks, various prepacked salads and a good selection of other nice items like good cheeses and wines.

Good little supermarket. Prices like any tourist town supermarket, not the cheapest but not expensive either. Good selection although light in for specialty gluten free or lactose free products.
You'll get everything you need here if you're looking to stock up a serviced apartment or camping supplies.
The fruit and veg section had some good quality fresh stuff and the bakery section was good too.
Has a bottle shop in store. If you find the their selection is not selective enough you're no doubt in the wrong place to start with.

Easily the grossest grocery store I've ever seen. Two different employees were yelling at customers. I noticed one of them spitting on the ground in the store. Everything was very overpriced. Produce looked old. Terrible store.

Incredibly expensive, small range, and excessively crowded. All that is understandable, given that Queenstown is a resort town and there appears to be little to none in the way of supermarket competition - but the staff were the icing on the cake. Incredibly disengaged, unfriendly, and literally threw our groceries from one side of the register to another. Anyone with the money to open a half decent supermarket in this town will make a killing. Overall an exceptionally poor experience.

Living on a budget it was good to have these lifesaver places. Good selection and moderate pricing. Easy to find with parking closeby if you need it.

Queenstown is known for underaged backpackers and people treat you like one if they can't overtly tell how old you are but this place takes the cake. I'm a 31 year old who got carded for buying beer and worse, rudely denied sales when I could only produce my driver's license (which had my birth date on it) and not my passport (which I had left in the hostel). Funny I went all over wine country tasting and buying wine but got denied sale of beer at a supermarket. Appropriate staff training is very lacking.
