  Called customer service sat 14.1.23 for some replacement parts. Mentioned the design flaw in the lights being mounted down underneath the tailgate where with a bit of load the lighting chanel scrapes and gets bent. The lady was quite abrupt and disputed my suggestion numerous times of side mounted lights. Very obnoxious and hostile. It was a gross and fowl display of customer service that I'd be embarrassed to be apart of If I were involved in this company.
  
  Whatever the number of trailers sold as she suggests, you only have to drive around and see the number of bent light chanels to see that it's not the most logical solution. I'd be curios to know where she got her engineering degree! She then told me I paid for a tipper trailer yet I wasn't aware of this. I've been using the standard trailer for 13 years unaware. It would be great If we could get some training on your front of house staff.

  Fantastic service and product. Bent over backwards to be able to help after traveling from Blenheim to pick up a trailer from another so called trailer manufacturer that couldn't supply what they promised(firsteel if you are wondering) Won't bother going elsewhere again, unbeatable price and service.   As professional landscaper and gardener, I bought Elite trailer in 2015. Use this trailer everyday for lawn mowing and carry stones around. In last 7 years, i haven't done any maintenance(this is not good), just replaced 3 times of tyres . Most of the time with heavy loads. The trailer quality is extreme good and reliable.
  Recently i think should give this trailer some love, especially the wheel bearing seems drag a little bit. Then i talked to the Elite trailer for the parts.Their workshop is very busy at that time. Actually elite is the only few stores have their own workshop team.
  So i have to book with the other garages, which needs at least 6 days queue. Then i backed to elite store again for the solution. Keith is so nice and helpful and glad to put me in urgent。Changed all the wearing and other worn parts in 3 hours. This really really means a lot to our small business. And we back to work without any delay to our clients which is so important.
