Today Eden was not what we are used too!! We have been to Eden for the past few years, food is good , usually service is good but for the past few weeks service has been very poor . Waitress who served us today needs to understand that a Thank you and Please may go a long way in Hospitality .. The smile is even better even if you are having a bad day ..
on top of that when you are asked to be polite don't tell the customer that they should get lost !! or that you don't like their attitude !! Training would be a good idea so she can learn customer service skills ..

Great service, great entree but unfortunately the fillet steak was grisly. Just bad luck on the night as other tables were enjoying their steaks and they gave us a excellent discount without even asking.

The food was great but I think we must have gotten someone new as when asking for a gin & tonic (they do alcohol) there was no tonic, then no soda, then no ginger ale then just massive confusion. Go for food not food and drink 😂

I am truely disappointed with this cafe. This morning my family and I came in to the cafe looking for brunch. We sat down and waited 30 minutes just for the waitress to come and take our order. (Note that the cafe was not busy) then once the girl finally came over to take our order she was very blunt and unwelcoming. As someone whom has worked in many cafes/restaurants I expect quality customer service or would even settle for a smile. Once the food arrived the same waitress dumped our food on the table and left before I got the chance to ask for tomato sauce. On the way out I was observing the barista they had on, and he had handled the marshmallows with his bare hands and dumped them in to CUSTOMER hot chocolates. On top of that his coffee station was an absolute mess. Milk, rubbish, coffee grinds everywhere. Super unhygienic, safe to say we will NOT be coming back.

Cosey & homely vibes with a great friendly team that will do everything they can for you! The only place I would buy coffee! Always tastes GREAT!!

I went to Eden Cafe & Restaurant last night after work , it was delicious fresh hot, great favors we had a tandoori as our entree, really no complaints And I didn't have had India food from quite a long time. Give it a try. Its great!!!
