  Definietly a must have activity to join this stargazing tour while you are around lake tekapo. The guys up there who guide there are well prepared and fun, and the sky Well you have to see it with your own egyes because there are no words to describe! Special thanks for the amazing astro photos!!!!

  Great star gazing experience. I dis the twilight tour. You take pot luck with the weather but if it is clear it is great. Well organised and informative and the stars are amazing. Free photo of the group under the stars and free hot chocolate and chocolate brownie which is a nice touch.

  We ended up on a tour on a cloudy night but still got to see so much! The tour guides are very knowledgeable and were keen to show us as many constellations and planets as they could. Tekapo is a dark sky reserve but I was still amazing by how many starts we could see. Well worth the trip, will happily go again!

  This is an amazing experience! There is a reason that Lake Tekapo is one of just three gold rated locations for stargazing – the night sky that you can see here is unrivalled. That was the first time in my life I've seen Mars or Magellan's Clouds, and I'll never forget doing so here. Totally worth the price of admission!
