I can't believe how easy and life changing this experience has been. Dr Mo and the entire Re:Vision team went the extra mile to make me feel relaxed and confident. I am thrilled with the results, 24 hours later my vision is better than 20/20 WOW!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Re:Vision.

I was initially planning on getting a few consultants from different clinics, but during my consultation with Re:Vision I knew they were the right choice. The staff were so caring and they answered all my questions. I even got to speak with Mo, who was to be my surgeon.
During my surgery I was very nervous, but Mo kept me calm and informed me on what was happening at each stage. The nurses and staff looked after me really well after my surgery and even paid for my taxi ride home. Thank you to Mo and all the staff for looking after me so well. It was the best customer service I had ever experienced.
My follow up checks show that I have better than 20/20 vision and my eyes are healing well. I highly recommend anyone considering laser eye correction surgery to have that initial consultation with Re:Vision, you will not be disappointed.response / report this review -

What a revelation following cataract surgery. Following day, first glimpse of self in the mirror certainly confirmed my calendar age!! Looking around outside when collecting the newspaper, new colour in the landscape and wondrous definition in the scenery. Immediate benefit within 24 hrs of surgery.
What a rewarding experience with Dr Trevor Gray and his support team at Re Vision. From the beginning, all members of the team were empathetic, caring and clearly expert in their use of leading technology. The procedure was simply free of any pain and no discomfort during the convalescent period. Now I am hopeful of knowing where to look for my golf ball. The team at Re:vision are so professional and yet feel like family. The waiting rooms are beautiful and comfortable and all the staff are caring, helpful and are willing to address any concerns. During my assessment Frances introduced me to Dr Gray who would do my surgery. While I had my surgery, which was painless one of the ladies even held my hand. It was such a lovely comforting touch. The team even did a call the next day to see how I was going. I feel so happy to have gone to this amazing team. Thank you all from start to finish to everyone who was part of my assessment, chat at the reception the nurses and Trevor for preforming the surgery. Thank you so much for making it such a lovely experience!

From start to finish, the team at Re:Vision were the epitome of professionalism. They were all kind, and so willing to answer any questions I had before and after the procedure. From the team who did my initial assessment in New Plymouth, to the high fives the reception team gave me when I left with my new eyesight, and all those marvellous people in between, I could not have asked for better treatment. Dr Gray made me feel at ease during the procedure, and I can’t thank him enough. Thank you Re:Vision, for helping me see 20:20 in 2020. Legends.

Five stars is not enough to express the amount of gratitude I have for Dr Gray and his team!!! From the moment I arrived my nerves were put to rest and made to feel extremely comfortable through the entire process. Ana you are amazing and first impressions always help me settle my nerves. Gotta love nurse Joey!!! When nurse Joey asked me to remove my glasses, I knew then that wow this is the last time I’m ever going to need them and suddenly was overcome with such emotion. I had coped so well through the years with all the remarks made someone who wore specs, but I knew that life was gonna be very different without them. I had never realised that wearing glasses made me tunnel visioned when it came to heights. Dr Gray and his wonderful team have given me sight I have never experienced before!!! I took my new sight on a little tour around to sites I had been before but it was like I was seeing these sites for the first time!!! Heights never bothered me when I wore glasses, but thanks to Dr Gray and his team I now had peripheral vision and with such clarity!!! This procedure for me has truly been life changing and I can’t thank Dr Gray and his team enough!!! You rock Dr Gray!!! and so does your team!!! There are a lot of names and a lot of faces I will never forget but Dr Gray and to your team also, I thank you all for this blessing ❤️❤️❤️

Thanks Dr Trevor Team to made my view of life new again. At first I was nervous at the thought of having this procedure done.. but Dr Trevor and his team were warm, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend Dr Trevor Team and his expertise.

My experience of iLasik surgery with Trevor Gray and team was exceptional. After some research I decided on travelling to Eye Institute in Auckland for the procedure. The thought of eye surgery was very scary, and the reality has been life-changing. After 41 years of wearing glasses and then contact lenses for high myopia and astigmatism my vision the day after surgery was 20/15, better than 20/20 – mind-blowing! The care I received throughout the process was outstanding – the initial assessment was thorough and informative, preparation on the day supportive and caring, and having a nurse there to hold my hand just what I needed. The procedure itself was painless and quite surreal. Trevor talked me through each step so I knew exactly what was going on, and his voice was calm and reassuring. My husband could watch from an adjoining room, and was able to video the procedure with an optometrist alongside to explain what was happening. Huge thanks to Trevor, Frances, Anna, Joey, Nick, Kyomi, Sam, and team – you are all awesome and I’m so grateful for my new eyes!!! 😊

5 stars just aren't enough!! This team was so friendly, reassuring and upbeat while being extremely professional and well-informed. Each team member was happy to answer my questions and I never felt like I was being hurried along. You really do get first class treatment here, and I can honestly say that after a lifetime of horrible eyes, my life has been changed forever thanks to this incredible team. Amazing!

Dr Gray and his team are fantastic! I was very impressed by the high level of care at the Eye Institute. Dr Gray was very calming during the procedure which was important for me. Joey and Frances (in Dr Gray's team) were welcoming, friendly and very reassuring. And I appreciated Joey making me laugh before the procedure and talking me through post op care. I have perfect vision now - can't put a price tag on how amazing that feels to wake up in the morning and be able to see now. Thanks very much! Highly recommended.

I really can't put into words how fantastic the Eye institute is. I will say that 5 stars is not enough.
I was referred to eye institute for my ilasik surgery. I was told I would be seeing the absolute best of the best, in the best facility around.
Everything I was told was 100 percent true. The Remuera clinic is state of the art. The architecture is incredible, as you walk in you will be greeted by the most fantastic staff. You will then take the very polite elevator to whichever floor you need to go to.
Once on your appropriate floor you will once again meet more absolutely fantastic staff. The waiting rooms are impeccable, even the bathrooms are perfect.
The consultations are above and beyond. As thorough as they could possibly be.
When you have your surgery it is done in a state of the art theatre and the staff will make sure you are absolutely comfortable both during surgery and in recovery.
Post operative checks are fantastic and as long as you do exactly as they say everything should go fantastic like it did for me.
I loved the place so much I wish I had a reason to go back.

Having eye laser surgery has been amazing. I was so nervous on the day of the surgery. All of the staff went out of their way to make sure I was ok and understood what was going to happen and made sure I was completely comfortable. The procedure itself was so easy and over in a matter of minutes. Dr Gray talked me through everything making it so much easier. The support team are wonderful, everyone is very welcoming and cheerful and make sure you do not leave any follow up visit without fully understanding everything. I definitely recommend Dr Trevor Gray and his team to anyone who is thinking of having eye surgery.

A fantastic and easy experience all round. Any surgery can be nerve-wracking but Trevor, Nick and the whole team took all of the anxiety out of it. Everything was perfectly explained, leaving no surprises come the day, and the visual outcome was without fault or compromise. Could not recommend Trevor enough to anyone thinking about refractive surgery.

A miracle worker with the loveliest support team. Everyone in the team is so passionate about the work they do, and I felt well looked-after and cared for right from the initial appointment through to the after care. The surgery itself was a breeze, very quick, and professional! A totally life-changing experience, thank you so much! I have recommended you to a few friends already :)
