Quality of the food is good, but not matching the price. Hard to find parking.

I was unsure at first when our work booked us to Dougg Bros, a pizza place. My first time there. But I immediately googled them, was pleased to see their menu online and even more pleasantly surprised to see a vegan gluten free section 🤗 both for mains and dessert! Yay! In drinks, being nonalcoholic and non soda drinker, I could order my hot water with fresh lemon - it was beautiful! Friendly, warm staff 💚☝🙏🌻 very beautifully presented food. Overall, a very pleasant experience. The lovely lady who served us was mindful and kept me informed of what shared starters were gluten free and not. Thank you 😄🌼.. Some of the vegetarian pizzas on the table..

Great service, spacious with modern decor. The Polenta Chips were great and crispy with the right amount of Seasoning. The Pork Cheek Pizza was nice however it was average at best and have had better pizzas.

5 food items we ordered were out of stock.. on a Saturday night.. beer that was on offer was out of stock, the bottle of wine we wanted was out of stock.. once we got the food from the "reduced" menu, it was done well. Sort out your ordering or make your menu smaller.

The enticing scent of wood smoke, reminiscent of cozy fires in winter and bonfires on the beach in summer, complements the elegant design of this restaurant.
From the moment you step inside you are made to feel welcome. The service is consistently excellent, from offering suggestions when I can't decided or when there are a number of us with different tastes. The variety of delicious options on the menu cater to all foodie preferences: vegan and gluten free options are aplenty. They also serve my absolute favourite coffee, Manuka Brother's Coffee, roasted locally by a very talented family. The above all contribute to the reason Dough Bros has been my number one choice when dining in the city precinct for well over a year now.response / report this review -

I don't normally write reviews for restaurants etc but I after the amazing experience I had at dough bros tonight I couldn't not let everyone else know what an incredible place it is! Dough bros is a unique dinning experience unlike anything else in Hamilton! Beautiful fresh food full of flavour, a wide range of delicious cocktails as well as craft sodas and beers meaning there is something for everyone. Modern atmosphere whilst still intimate and cosy with the roaring pizza oven. What really made the night perfect was the staff and there exceptional service who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience!

This is a great dining option for everyone.
The food is simple and well prepared using fantastic ingredients. I'm a vegetarian and this offers a number of clever tasty options, and a good conversation about what was in any item on the menu. The real wood-firing makes the difference to everything.
The wine and beers selection is both various and familiar, with some changing variety on offer.
While the atmosphere can come off as a little bit "modern food clinic" the staff, that I have dealt with, are all well mannered and friendly, with an excellent knowledge of the menu and service.
This, for me, is a new food highlight in Hamilton.response / report this review
