Booked for 3 only stayed 2.. went and stayed at a camping ground instead Was there for my wedding.. Manager came straight out and got told to park the car straight when 'husband to be' needed a slight angle to actually get out of car as he is in a wheelchair..( settle down)
I lugged suitcases out and my tired four year old niece and once I did that the manager came back over to assist the people that just pulled up and offered his help to them!!! I said after the second night we would be leaving and the first thing the manager said was' You will have to pay for 3'!.. which i was going to anyway. Well its bothered me ever since and they ruined my special build up to my wedding with there bad attitudes. Never going back.response / report this review -

Very comfortable stay. warm hospitality. clean rooms. cosy atmosphere for your family. lovely variety of breakfast menu. worth your every buck. It gives you the 5 star hotel stay feeling similar to the likes of Hilton hotels..

Very warm, difficult to get air flow. No parking in the lot, or at least obscure spaces. Worth it for the jacuzzi tub and the giant bathroom.

I didn't stay here, but my Father and my brother did when they were visiting and they didn't have a bad word to say. They were very pleased with the cleanliness and the friendliness of the hosts.

The best Home on North Island. A Big Great warm Welcome here! I vergot my Mobilphone here. She send it, to next Hotel. A Big Surprise for me!!!
