Nice room too expensive. We travel a lot and not worth $165 .

Wonderful happy service. Clean and fresh facilities. On par with the resort we stayed at last night. Very nice.

The manager would not honour the price agreed to in our telephone booking. Nice place but we won't return to support a dishonest manager.

My daughter & I stayed at The Ballina Motel on the 22nd & 23rd of January 2014 for my daughter's 10th birthday. Lynda met us at the reception desk & made us feel very welcome & special straight away. She showed us to our gorgeous apartment & suggested where to park. Our apartment was perfect, plenty of room, quiet & very comfortable. Lynda had also gone the extra mile for us & had left an extra special birthday treat for my daughter on her bed. Such a nice surprise! Such a lovely lady!
We would definitely stay at the Ballina Motel again & can recommend it to everyone!
