Very rude staff, very ugly and outdated place. The room had items you would find typically from a 1970s hotel. Dirty, old. And rip off. He tried to charge me an extra $20 accusing me and saying i had 3 people in the room, when i only had 2 people as i had booked! Horrible man! Horrible place! Never ever go here!!!! What a tosser!

The rooms are ok, but service definitely let down she seems to have a problem pretty much with everything from check in time, WiFi and milk. Shame because stayed there before and the gentleman was very kind.

Travel often to HB for work, but will not be staying there again!

I have used this motel a lot in the past and would have rated it very highly, however I have not been here for the past year. I expressed dissatisfaction with the room when I first arrived which was ignored. The room smelt terribly of body odour so I slept the night with the windows open. The upholstery of the chairs provided to sit on was filthy, the curtains and bedspread had grease marks on them, although the day to day cleaning appeared to be excellent. I wont stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Our room was very clean! Ross is amazing! Just so friendly and helpful! He even washed poop off our car! We were able to make use of the gym and pool next door at no cost to us! Excellent accommodation and very central to everything! Definitely will come back again!

I stayed one night in a large one bedroom unit. I found the unit very clean with an almost new feel. The king bed in the lounge was very comfortable and warm. I would definately come here again.
