Booked a queen bed private room. Room cannot locked. Clean but a bit cramp

The facilities are clean and comfortable. The only place we stayed in NZ that provides no heater in the room. The owner said that the heater is centralised but it is still very cold. Eventhough she provide us with an extra duvet, i still feel that heater should be provided. You need to wipe the water from the walls and floor in the shower after you use them. Ridiculous.

A really friendly atmosphere, very clean and some very comfortable beds even in the share rooms. Great showers and bathroom facilities. And there is a cat which is lovely too.

Expensive for what it is (compare to other youth hostel) but the accomodations are ok and the managers are really kind.

Very tidy and comfortable place to stay, has a nice kitchen and living area. Plenty of parking around.
