Food was delicious, staff friendly bit cold but they moved a heater for us and it was nice. Will be back!

Food was overpriced, small portions and particularly bland. Service was amiss, took forever to get service from even getting directed to our pre-booked table. Wouldn't recommend.

Service was so bad we left. Booked table for 6:00. Arrived on time and waited 25 minutes before waitress arrived to take our order. Plenty of empty tables and not busy. By that time no appetite to eat or stay. Menu was minimal and Americanized. This is the worst example of commoditization of the Japanese culture and its food. Accustomed to real Japanese cuisine and will never go to franchised Japanese restaurant again.

Disappointed- we were there for a birthday meal and we're rushed through all courses in 35 minutes.

Great Japanese food, good variety and very tasty. The green tea ice cream sundae is particularly good! I've always had great service when I've eaten here. The decor and atmosphere is sophisticated and cool.
