  Great little motel. Well appointed rooms which were clean. Great location too. Held up very well in a 7.5 magnitude earthquake.

  Very Friendly staff, the rooms are nice, the wifi is good.
  compared to a few, rates were quite reasonable.
  The owners are very accommodating! I would recommend it to others.

  We stayed here in comfortable room 809 on the top floor as the first stop on our honeymoon road trip around the South Island and we're glad we did. The location is fantastic and completely within walking distance of down town Christchurch, and Colombo in the City provides hotel quality amenities and service.
  
  We'd happily stay again!
