Fantastic Customer Service from Charlie, we rate this motel 5 stars for service, cleanliness. But the units are dated, and badly need upgrading so we have dropped to 3 stars. We will stay here again, because the service really was great, and the room was very clean.

I had a wonderful stay in a spacious, warm & very clean room with great facilities, especially the hot, powerful shower. The customer service I have received has been the very best and definitely better than any other accommodation I have stayed in. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Christchurch.

Nice place close to the city center and park. Staff are friendly and helpful. They offer the airport transportation which is good and convenient for me.

Staff were super helpful, nothing was too hard. Stay was comfortable, rooms lovely and clean,WIFI is fine.Great location!!! A lot of bars and restaurants. Really like to run in the park .Would return!

No wifi for the time we were there which was 3 days. Dirty place. Noone cleans it. Shower was blocked off. After requesting our room to be cleaned we recieved towels and thats all. Will not come again and do not reccomend

Feels rundown dirty. Needs some maintenance and a good clean. There was hot water issues in the morning. Waited ages for any hot water to arrive only to run out of time and I had to leave. Would not stay again.

Motel unit was clean, helpfulness towards our extremely difficult time in Christchurch was disgusting.
We accidently left some items of clothing behind and when we rung them up to arrange to collect them were told there was nothing in that particular unit.
Most definitely will not be recommending this motel to any of our friends.response / report this review
