Absolutely love the new and improved chipmunks! Just had our 3rd visit in a few months and bought vouchers to give as birthday presents!

New and updated has made this place amazing. So massive and love the fact there's so much for under 4s to do now also. Staff were very friendly and working hard even though it wasn't busy. Only recommendations would be lower food prices and entry fee not so high would definitely make me bring the kids more often.

The new and improved store is great.
Very spacious. Lots of seating.
Very fun playground.
Easy for parents to sit back and relax with a nice hot drink while the children play.

We've had the best morning at chipmunks. Lots of fun for the kids , so many nooks to explore and interactive things for the kids to play with. They loved the room with all the air contraptions and the 0-4 area has enough inflatable and climbing things to keep the wee ones entertained. They are exhausted from all the play and excitement! Staff were friendly and accomodating too.

Full credit to the new owners the revamped Chipmunks is amazing. The staff are friendly and obliging and as we brought our toddler grandson with us they pointed out the highchairs in case one was needed.

Nothing but good things to say about the facility and the team running it. Interactive but fun, safe environment, great coffee and food, the way the toilers were organised is a great idea and user friendly. I ma coming back again today with my two for another go.

Wow what a transformation you can't describe it as an upgrade as it completely new the only thing the same is the location. We took our two grandchildren aged 2yr and 4yr and they had an awesome time. I especially loved the large toddler area with a wide variety of cognitive activities. The new menu offered us good choices and I can recommend the hot chocolate. While there we peeked in the party room and thought what a happy and cheerful environment to have a party. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Seen some negative reviews but have to say since they're change of owner ship and complete Reno/revamp of the store it's amazing. So flash (easily the flashiest indoor playground I've seen in nz) the new food menu is amazing and the coffee is brilliant, found the staff super friendly and attentive will be reccomending to all my friends and will be back again soon!!

Older kids ball pit is missing several cushioning mats- so is concrete only under the balls, which is dangerous and needs replacing ASAP. Would've told staff directly if any of them had a spare moment

Everything seems to be dated. We use to go to Chipmunks Wigram and it's quite better, for the same price, so, probably, we wont repeat here.

Great place to get the kids out of your hair for an hour or two.I feel its under staffed and under organised.I ordered 1x coffee which was a 20min wait, then 2x of the wedges they had on special,I waited 30 mins for staff to bring me 1xwedges and a refund for the second as they had run out of wedges,it was 12.30pm on a Saturday.There was also 2x birthday parties taking place and a decent amount of walk in customers.The train ride could also benefit from allocated runtimes during the day (maybe every 30mins).The staff are friendly and helpful.
