Beautiful location and friendly staff. Was booked in for a petite pedicure and essential facial. Found it a little odd that we didn't discuss my skin type or skin concerns prior, just got straight into the facial after she asked what skincare brand I used. No offers or suggestions to any products that I might find helpful either at any stage. Facial was very relaxing and my skin is quite soft the day after, but it just didn't quite live up to my expectations (which may be my fault). Quite dissapointed with the luxury petite pedicure, for $65 it was performed whilst on the facial chair so no foot bath or anything, just a cuticle job, buff, 2 minute massage and a polish. I don't feel like it is value for money, especially since the next day a few of my toenails have already been ruined from the polish layers being too thick and not allowed to dry long enough between coats I think. Just wearing closed toe shoes the next day (after being careful the previous day) led to both big toes having screwed up polish which is a bit disappointing.
Overall, I do think it's worth a visit (as it is truly a lovely ambiance and setting) but probably won't be back for those particular services.response / report this review -
