Absolutely beautiful tramping. Make sure to bring sketchbook and watercolors as there is plenty to paint around here. mostly Alpine peaks. We heard and saw a kiwi from inside the hut. There's no fireplace in the hut and the powerpoint was not working, so be self sufficient.
