I love Capers and always end up there whenever I return to Rotorua. Fabulous salad and savoury range, wonderful cake selection (try their citrus slice!) And great coffee too.

Great coffee and a super selection of cabinet and menu food. I love the range of salads! Oh and a kiddy corner and deli section too. Definitely a great spot for lunch or breakfast.

Great spot. The coffee was reasonable. We were here for breakfast. It was good but no amazing. I would be happy to come back here.

We were searching for dessert places in Rotorau and Google brought us here. Very good and rich cakes. We came back another time for a light dinner and I must recommend their seafood chowder. Generous with the ingredients and cooked to perfection. Very legit seafood chowder

This place is 5 star in every way. Was getting up to get another coffee and the lady who was close by clearing tables offered to get it for me, I gave her the money and here it is sitting in front of me. Well done everyone!

A very impressive selection of cabinet food, however what lets this cafe down is the staff are so busy they are unable to provide timely attention to waiting diners. Good quality food but very expensive. Still, worth a visit if you want to impress, but there are better local options available. The selection and spread here at Capers will appeal to all tastes.

Amazing food, great selection. Lots of vegan options. Cabinet food and cakes look delicious. Staff were extra nice. Very popular for all ages. Came here for breakfast and will most likely come later for lunch today! Coffee was pretty good too, they have rice milk for coffee which is a plus!

Nice gourmet collection. The organic coffee left strong yet calm impressive taste. We also tried the lamb shanks after all the sheep we saw today left us craving for it. It was truly tasty. We will comeback again for the breakfast and to try the steak.

This place is great, the staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. The cabinet good is very fresh and the slices/cakes are better than 90% of other cafes. We are regular customers of Capers and their consistency keeps us coming back.

Really delicious breakfast, with fresh ingredients. It's obvious they care a lot about the quality of their food. We will be back every morning in town!

All of the food was excellent. The mushrooms on toast had tons of flavor. The Epicurean breakfast was amazing, and all of the portions were very filling. Great value in Rotura.
