Rubbish service on at least three occasions when I stood around for at least 15 minutes in an empty store or simply being ignored and have walked out and spent significant money elsewhere. The last occasion I noted several staff hiding out the back smoking, clearly much more important that manning thr storeon other occasions staff have been rude, do not know their own product and appear fixated on people parking incorrectly outside the building rather than decent service, they want you to shop locally, when you do you have to put up with this, do do yourself a favour, get your building materials elsewhere
