The loaded shakes looked amazing albeit nauseating to even contemplate eating. Food was ok, the nachos sauce was a tad watery oozing through every orifice of the basket served in. Bagels are tasty and normal shakes are a blast from my childhood.

This is my second visit and last time was fantastic however this time not so. Lack of staff so were very pushed, Yes was a busy day in Napier due to the new Parade opening but does not seem management factored this in. Didn't mind waiting and staff did say when ordering, however part of food came out within few minutes then some more along with drinks did not come for around 25 minutes. Then did not get all of ordered food and had to ask. When out with children this is very hard as one has to wait or you all need to. Food was OK, salad was pasta pesto and have to admit the pesto flavoring was minimal.

We had the crazy milkshakes, toppings were yum but actual milkshake average. Risotto ball was nice & massive serving

Pleasant staff, food okay. The place is filthy though. Water cups and cutlery had to be cleaned ourselves before we used them. Floor and tables disgusting. Decor is nice.

Awesome milkshakes. They're more a meal than a milk shake, really yum though and heaps of really good flavours. We had the banoffee pie and oreo milkshakes. Well worth a visit.

Great coffee, beautiful food and friendly service. I had a cinnamon roll which was amazing and my friend had a bagel which she said was delicious. The cabinet food looks great and a good selection on the menu too. I will definitely be back. Those shakes look so good!

Cool idea - poor service - sticky floor - dirty table - but kids enjoyed their shakes - won't be back in a hurry
