They were out of nearly everything we wanted - even hot chips!!! After making our orders and waiting at the table they come and say they only had one portion left of the meatballs. So 3 of us had to change our orders again. This staggered the food arrival so that several had finished eating before others had gotten theirs.
The foodquality was decent and portion size was good. They did have a decent amount of bacon 😋.
They left the [fried] banana peel on, which is fine when it is on the side of the plate but not when in the stack of pancakes.response / report this review -

Worst service I've had in a long time at a cafe, ordered the meatballs only to be told they had run out after I had already paid for them and finished consuming the coffee I had ordered alongside it, was told I had to order something else instead and was charged the extra with no apology for the inconvenience.
On top of the poor service the food was pretty average with little thought on the practicality of eating it. Replaced the meatballs with crepes and bananas to be served not crepes but pikelets in a stack with the bananas still having their skins on within the stack so it had to be deconstructed and deskinned before any of it could be eaten.
Plenty of other options around, wouldn't recommend going here.response / report this review -

Bad experience. Me and my obviously pregnant girlfriend went for brunch. Ordered pancakes for her and eggs benedict for me and a coffee each costing about $42. The pancakes had hard chunks in them, they were cold and barely edible. The toast for the eggs benedict was so hard I couldn't cut it and it was also half cold and to top it of the coffins were so bad we couldn't finish them. Would never recommend! Should have saved my $42 for McDonald's!

Nice quiet atmosphere with space for kids as well as parents. Superb coffee and food is excellent (although I have to persuade them to reintroduce porridge to their breakfast menu) 😊

Extremely cute little coffee shop. Nice spot to sit outside in the sunshine and enjoy a bit of the afternoon relaxing. Didn't try the food but the coffee was delicious. Friendly staff as well :)

My four year old and I have been here twice in the last 3 months and she likes it. Lunch menu is nice. And the Chocolate drink yum
