  Had my watch straps put on here, the guys are fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable about all the products and services. They do engraving, lovely gifts, key cutting, keyrings, new or updated key fobs, watch stuff, and all the leather stuff as well.

  Had another fabulous visit to Chartwell Mr Minit yesterday! Always great service! Goes above and beyond! I always seem to have tricky items to engrave and they always turn out beautifully:) Also a fantastic range of other items for sale too! Purchased a lovely pocket watch for my son-in-law! Highly recommend!

  Brought in some terribly worn leather boots, the heels were worn right down to plastic and angled. Got it sorted while I went for lunch. They levelled it out and fixed new heels on for just $25 for the pair. Even polished my shoes too! Thanks

  Very pleased with the service here. Very friendly manager. Today I was talking to another customer, he mentioned to me how good customer service was. That is what I look for when doing business. Recommend to everyone who needs services of Mister Minit in Chartwell Hamilton

  Mr minute lost my shoes. And blamed me for not remembering to come back in time (from memory it might have been 6-8 weeks due to a very busy lifestyle and living an hour away). They won't follow up and call you to tell you they are ready either. They don't take any responsibility but do take your shoes. Please read your ticket.

  SHODDY WORKMANSHIP & OWNER WITH LACK OF INTEGRITY. The owner of Mr Minit Chartwell totally ruined a piece of silver jewellery with his terrible engraving workmanship. He had two attempts & admitted to my daughter he needed to Google what an infinity sign looked like. Pascoes Jewellers Chartwell put the replacement jewellery on hold for my daughter as they viewed his workmanship and felt Mr Minit should go to them and pay for the replacement item! He wouldn't even refund the cost of his terrible engraving job. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not take any precious jewellery to him for engraving he obviously doesn't have the skill level or the conscience to put things right.We will definitely be taking this further with the Head Office of Mr Minit, there needs to be a better standard within their Franchise Organisation.
  
  I urge you not to support Mr Minit Chartwell Hamilton if this is his standard of running a business.
